Edinburgh’s leading letting agent Braemore Property Management has been featured in a story about high-end renting on leading property website Home Move.

The website published a story about how the high-end of the rental market in Edinburgh is continuing to perform well despite the ongoing recession and oversupply of smaller flats.

Braemore Property Management said that people relocating to Edinburgh were more willing to pay a high price for a good penthouse or family home in a desirable location in the city. The firm added that many of these people often had properties elsewhere in the UK which they couldn’t sell, and were therefore unwilling to buy another home when they relocated.
