TICKLE TICKLE (Gaynor)

This has to be the strangest but funniest thing I have seen for a while. Being tickled is something that people hate and usually it leads to that person lashing out. Sometimes it’s a punch or a kick to get the person away from them but when someone tries to tickle this poor chap he tries to kick out but his body won’t let him. This young guy allows his friends to record what happens to him whilst they tickle him. Enjoy !http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3D5o3PYcJoM&feature=youtu.be

TWEET TWEET REVENGE (Laura)

What is the best way to get back at an ungrateful protégé who embarrasses you publicly? The answer if you are a celeb with hundreds of thousands of followers is take to twitter. This is exactly what Cheryl Cole did after her ‘mini-me’ Cher Lloyd criticised her for not singing live on the X-Factor when she was her mentor. Cole tweeted “Be Careful who you kick on your way up… They kick you twice as hard on your way back down.” and then used the hash tag #unappreciationisugly. Meow!

THE POWER OF WORDS (Lewis)

We all know that content management is key for getting high ranking results of searches. Scott has numerously drilled this into our heads about key words, key phrases and it works. However, this short video, for a company called Purple Feather, who specialise in content management, was created to show how the power of words can manipulate the way people think. This video has had over 12 million views and I can only imagine that this agency has become more popular as a result of this video which goes to show that clever business strategy merged with video content can work for your business.

NORWAY LIGHTS (Aimee)

There are countless pictures showing the Northern Lights in all their glowing glory but this video puts their movements to dramatic effect. Shot by Christian Mulhauser in January, he has created an absolutely stunning compilation emphasised with some special video effects!

GLASGOW – THE NEW HOLLYWOOD? (Victoria)

It’s always great news when film productions come to Scotland, often attracted by our stunningly beautiful landscape, whilst contributing significantly to the local economy and acting as a platform to promote our nation to the wider world. In the past twelve months Glasgow has been used as a filming location for a series of big budget productions including Brad Pitt’s World War Z, Cloud Atlas starring Halle Berry and Under the Skin with Scarlett Johansson; and filming has now commenced for the big screen adaptation of Irvine Welsh’s Filth.I was in Glasgow during the filming of World War Z which was incredibly exciting as a section of the city centre was almost unrecognisable in it’s transformation as downtown Philadelphia! It has just been announced that as a result of this recent filming activity, a contribution of a whopping £20.15 million has been made to Glasgow’s economy which is surely very welcome news! http://www.scotsman.com/news/scottish-news/top-stories/hooray_for_hollywood_films_earn_glasgow_20m_1_2086557
