Healthy Student Property Market Highlighted by PR in Edinburgh

Braemore Property Management handles 850 properties in the Scottish capital, worth £250 million.

Now its report into the city’s healthy student sector has earned the property rental expert coverage in Edinburgh’s main paper, the Evening News, which has more than 150,000 readers a day.

The coverage in Braemore’s crucial target market area is the latest positive coverage for the rental firm, which has built an impressive reputation over more than 20 years on the property scene.

Experts with the firm say the demand for student property is as high as ever, so traditional student flats are holding their rental value, while landlords elsewhere face cutting rental charges.
