Water quality engineering firm Panton McLeod has received another boost to its PR profile after being featured in a leading online water publication.
Web 4 Water ran a prominent story about the firm’s underwater robotic division after it completed a clean at Wessex Water’s Minety Tower – the first water tower project the firm has ever completed using the equipment.
Panton McLeod deployed its VR600 cleaning robot during the project, which was able to remove sediment from the tower while it was still in service, meaning there was no disruption to customers’ supplies. However, in order to access the tower, the firm had to hire a special crane to hoist the machine into the structure.
