Edinburgh’s leading property solicitor Warners has been toasting another PR success after its revolutionary new GPS text service was featured in The Scotsman.

The daily newspaper reported how Warners had introduced the service, which uses GPS technology to give people information about properties for sale in the area via their mobile phone.

The service, called Intelligent Property, is designed to allow househunters in Edinburgh to get listings and details on their phone showing the 10 nearest homes for sale through Warners in the area. By texting a special number, prospective buyers are given a list of the nearest properties to their exact location – which is calculated using GPS technology.
