Edinburgh Pub Promise Gets National News

G1 Group Media Coverage

04 JUL Daily Record OnlineThirteen staff members at the Three Sisters, one of Edinburgh’s busiest bars, have vowed to legally change their names if host nation Brazil manage to lift the trophy.

They have bravely promised to change their names by deed poll, to different players in the Brazilian squad, in honor of the team, if they get their hands on international football’s top prize on Sunday 13th July.

The story has been covered by the online site of the Daily Record.

Brazil have been hot favorites for the tournament since day one, and now find themselves in the semi finals against European giants Germany on Tuesday night, so there is a distinct possibility that the staff will have to follow through with their promise.

This coverage was gained as part of an ongoing campaign by Holyrood PR– the full story can be found here.
