A report by leading property solicitor Warners celebrating the return of closing dates in the Scottish housing market has won a prestigious piece of coverage in The Scotsman.
The story, which highlighted the fact that Warners had set a string of closing dates on properties being sold in Edinburgh, was printed in the news pages of Scotland’s national newspaper – and is yet another positive sign of a turn for the better in the Scottish property market.
Estate agency partner Scott Brown said that the fact that Warners was having to set closing dates was a “very encouraging” sign and showed that sellers are willing to compete for a good property in the Capital.
