Scotland’s top lettings portal has been celebrating after receiving another high profile piece of coverage in the national press.

Citylets was featured in The Scotsman after revealing the results of its latest quarterly data report, which provides the clearest overview of the country’s rental amrket.

The latest report, covering the period from April-June 2010, showed that rent levels across Scotland were continuing to rise, while properties were taking less time to let than the previous quarter. Analysts for Citylets also found that Aberdeen had the most expensive rental area in the country, closely followed by Edinburgh’s New Town.
