Leading Edinburgh Company, Braemore Property Management agreed with the latest data report  from letting portal Citylets, which highlighted that the cost of renting a flat in Edinburgh is continuing to fall.

Research by Citylets showed the average rental price had dropped for the second consecutive quarter partly due to the greater number of properties that are available to rent after landlords have been unable to sell in the current climate.

Braemore Property Management told the newspaper that it had seen rent price drops in the Capital flattened out in the past month thanks to high demand among tenants.

The full article appeared in the Evening News and was a direct result of a PR campaign by Holyrood Partnership, PR in Scotland.
