PR Coverage in the Oban Times for Bell Ingram

The multi-disciplined Chartered Surveyors Bell Ingram has appointed Gregor King as Commercial Property Consultant in its Oban office to oversee its expanding list of business sales and retail and commercial property instructions.

With vast experience as a Chartered Surveyor Gregor is set to offer a range of commercial property services to clients in Argyll, the Isles and Lochaber, areas hard to reach by Edinburgh and Glasgow firms.

He said:  “Bell Ingram already provides commercial property and business sales advice to a range of existing clients.  My new role means I can develop this consultancy business to cover all aspects of commercial property, something that no-one else is offering in the Argyll area.”

Gregor believes that his advice is crucial to businesses that are under lease, especially if they are due a rent renewal, lease renewal or dilapidations claim, or want to end their lease.

Likewise property owners should seek his expert advice when considering leasing or selling property to ensure they get the best terms available in the market.

Paul Nicoll, Director of the Oban office of Bell Ingram said:  “We are delighted to have such an experienced property professional joining our team in Oban.  We aim to provide clients with the best possible advice, and I am confident that Gregor will considerably enhance our quality and range of services.”

Established in 1899, Bell Ingram functions as:  chartered surveyors, forestry managers, estate agents, architects, building surveyors and energy specialists.  With more than 130 expert employees across its 11 UK offices they offer local knowledge with national coverage.

This coverage that appeared in the Oban Times was achieved as part of a sustained public relations campaign carried out by Holyrood PR on behalf of Bell Ingram.
