Bell Ingram Scoops PR Scotland after awards shortlist.

Bell Ingram’s Oban office featured in the Oban Times after announcing they have been shortlisted in this years ESTAs after a successful year within its lettings and sales departments.

The prestigious awards will be hosted by celebrity property expert Phil Spencer will take to the stage to present this year’s ESTAs which is the only awards programme specifically for estate agents and voted for by clients.

Steven Hornby, Senior Estate agent at the Oban Bell Ingram office said: “To be nominated in these awards is an absolute merit to Bell Ingram as ultimately the judges are the clients and to be nominated can have a massive impact on the way potential clients will view us.

“At last year’s ESTAs our sales division received a Bronze award which was a massive honour to everyone involved. It is too often the case within this industry that you only hear when there is a problem so to see us being rewarded for our hard work was a real boost for our staff morale.

“Reading positive messages and feedback from our clients is a really rewarding experience and shows our staff which areas we are performing best in.”

Entering the ESTAS and to be within the chance of being shortlisted involves writing to clients and requesting their participation in a detailed questionnaire of 11-15 questions which rates the agent on the level of customer service it is providing.

In addition to the company being shortlisted, Oban residential lettings manager Jackie Moore has been shortlisted for an individual achievement award and is set to be one of the five finalists to receive a trophy.

Jackie said she is delighted to be shortlisted for the second year in a row and added: “This award is also purely based on client feedback from the questionnaires so to be recognised for my customer services by those I deal with regularly is a massive compliment.”

The 9th annual ESTAs ceremony will take place on Friday 20th April in London and we wish them the best of luck.

The coverage was secured in the Oban Times on behalf of Bell Ingram as part of an ongoing PR Scotland campaign with Holyrood Partnership.
