EDINBURGH PR AGENCY HELPS LUXURY HOME BUILDER TO SHARE ITS SUCCESS WITH THE WORLD
A property development in Edinburgh has taken residency in the press after securing an impressive array of coverage.
CALA Homes (East) recently announced its award-winning success at the What House? Awards, held at the Grosvenor Hotel in Mayfair, London.
The ambitious new homes development which reclaimed a dockside gap site scooped the lucrative award thanks to its regeneration of the area.
Albert Dock earned Gold in the “Best Brownfield” category at the ceremony and was roundly praised for its urban regeneration and revival of the site.
The accolade is twice as sweet for the house builder, which has revealed that the first and second phase of the development have been a runaway success, with 24 of its 31 townhouses sold since the development launched earlier this year.
TARGETING THE RIGHT AUDIENCE
News of the win scored an impressive feature on STV Online which reached an approximate audience of 800,000.
Local paper, Edinburgh Evening News, also reported the win with an eye catching write up catered to its 40,000 readers – all of whom are in commuting distance from the stunning development.
Further coverage was snapped up by leading business press titles such as BQ Magazine Online and Lothian, Tayside, Strathclyde, Highland and Aberdeen Business News.
BQ in particular reaches a total of approximately 40,000 CEO’s, entrepreneurs and higher level management across Scotland, the North East, Yorkshire and the West Midlands -which is a fantastic way to show CALA truly mean business.
