Glasshouse SLTNSLTN licensing trade news magazine, has served up a portion of PR for new Edinburgh restaurant The Glasshouse Off The Mile.

The new restaurant occupies the ground floor of the 75-room Fraser Suites in St Giles Street.  Headed by Steven Adair, it aims to make high quality dining affordable to all.  Open from breakfast through to dinner, the venue will promote the use of locally sourced products, such as Perthshire Lamb and Gammon fron Aryshire.

Adair quotes in the article that he: “aims to make high quality dining affordable to all.  The new menu is simple yet stylish with all the dishes featuring locally sourced produce, which reflects the elegance and heritage of the hotel.”

Frasers Hospitality’s Heather Gilchrist also adds: “Our guests have come to expect the highest standards in accommodation, and the Glasshouse Off The Mile will compliment their boutique-hotel stay.”

The full article can be read in the April edition of SLTN magazine and was secure thanks to a successful PR campaign carried out by public relations agency The Holyrood Partnership.
