Banks renewables is a branch of Banks Group which develops land for a variety of uses. In this case they are developing a wind farm near Twynholm, in Dumfries and Galloway. A key feature of the modified design will be a reduction in the proposed turbine heights from 132m to 115m while the seventh turbine would be reduced from 132m to 100m.The proposed changes will decrease the output of the farm from 23.8MW to 14MW. The revised plans will be submitted to the Dumfries and Galloway Council in the coming weeks.
